1. For full paper preparation, please refer to guidelines: PaperGuideLines.pdf. Please note that the US$300 paper deposit is for each accepted paper. If one author has more than one paper accepted, more deposit is required.

2. For full paper submission (both DOC and PDF format), if you cannot submit online smoothly, please send them to bgxh@isb2010.com.
