A limited amount of exhibit space is available for companies or organizations to display equipment and information related to the field of ballistics. Displays or marketing of weaponry, however, will not be permitted.
The organization committee invites you to take advantage of this tremendous opportunity to demonstrate your organization’s products and services to this specialized community by exhibiting at this year's Symposium.

Cost to Exhibit:
Exhibit rate isUS$2790/booth which includes:
- One booth with back and side walls (3m×3m)
- Two complimentary conference registrations for exhibit personnel, which include Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Half Day Excursion, Lunches, Breakfasts and Refreshments
- Company profile & contact information online
- 24 hour security
Exhibition will take place from Tuesday to Friday during the conference. Exhibitors will be allowed to access to the conference centre from Monday, and will be required to leave on Friday afternoon. The exhibit space will take place on the coffee area of the venue.
For each exhibit space that your organization occupies at the 25th International Symposium on Ballistics, your organization will be entitled to two complimentary conference registrations. All other personnel from your company who would like to participate in the exhibition will need to register as attendees, at attendee rates.
